A proper online home for a friendly Northamptonshire sailing club. Event calendars, race schedules, membership info, photo galleries and weather data - all wrapped in a design that reflects what the club is actually like to be part of. Built so volunteers can update news and events without breaking anything.

SaaS Platform for Rowing Clubs
What started as a bespoke build for OTRC grew into something bigger. RowHQ is a club management platform now serving rowing clubs around the country. Built around getting crews on the water faster, not drowning in admin - smart scheduling, crew formation, boat management and member self-service, all designed specifically for the way rowing clubs actually run.

Discovery
A proper conversation about your club - how it runs now, what's broken, what the committee actually needs. No jargon, no pressure.
Written quote
A clear written proposal the chair can take to the committee. Scope, monthly cost, what's included, what isn't. No surprises.
Design and build
Wireframes, then a build, with regular check-ins. You see progress, you give feedback, we refine - rather than disappearing for months and reappearing with a "ta-da".
Launch and handover
Go live with confidence. Two committee members get trained, written notes are provided, and I'm on WhatsApp for the inevitable "how do I..." messages in the first month.
